And a bit odd that a sports doc would give you a knee brace...I've always been told by running coaches and PTs that a brace actually isn't good for you...hope you're healing OK!
I'm only supposed to wear it until the pain goes away. My limp is affecting my alignment and really putting pressure on my already messed up ankle.

are you going to do some PT too? sounds like that might be a good idea since you have to overcompensate with your other leg.
